Russell is right on. Transcendental Meditation works, regardless of your philosophical or religious orientation. It works even if you don’t think it can! Check out the scientific research and you’ll find that TM enhances brain functioning to unfold your own inner potential. Other types of meditation pale by comparison of research.

Very true, especially when it comes to young children who need the benefits of meditation in their early lives. Society has neglected this vital practice. And the result is shown “in” society.

The problem is, you should not repress anything.
Sure we can control how much anger we feel for example. But we have to react at some point.
Being able to embrace your emotions such as anger will lead you to being able to deal with it better, rather than something disastrous.
If you try to be peaceful all the time, your left wide open. Until everyone else is peaceful, you will be against the grain.
The secret is to be honest with yourself.
